Quiet time is enforced for the comfort of all our guests.

If a guest wishes to apply for late check out, please ask the front desk to check availability
and inform you for the charge.
Visitors: Entrance to visitors is prohibited. Staff can refuse access or request a person to leave the premises at all times depending on the circumstances. If the decision of the staff is not followed, the police may be called.
Behavior: Running, yelling and any other activity that causes excessive noise in the hallways and public areas will not be tolerated. In such cases, a verbal warning will be issued and a notice will be sent to the guests tour operator/travel agent.Should there be a second warning, it remains at the discretion of the hotel whether to evict the guest from the premises or not. Also may be asked from you a damage deposit. Room damage will result in changes for repairs.

Please note that a deposit of 150 € per person is required upon arrival as safety deposit. This can be paid pay by cash or credit/debit card. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if paid by cash. For credit/debit card payment the release time of the authorization is 7 days.
Room keys Guests are strongly advised to leave their room keys at the reception before leaving the hotel premises. In case the keys are lost they will have to pay 50
No alcohol or drugs:
We advise you for your own safety that is NOT ALLOWED to bring and consume alcohol
or drugs in the room.

Do not leave any money or jewel’s out of our safe. The hotel has no responsibility for any
